- Oversee all daily gym operations

- Submit payroll and ensure time tracking accuracy
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
- Handle membership issues, cancellations, and billing oversight
- Manage inventory and order supplies proactively
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs
- Track and report weekly performance metrics
- Lead team communication and enforce company policies
