We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team on-site at Gentry Gym in Harlingen, TX. In this role, you will manage front-desk operations, assist members with inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also handle membership sales, assist with tours of the facility, maintain member accounts, and work to build positive relationships with customers. Additionally, you will promote services, provide support during gym events, and ensure a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with members and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship building, and promoting gym memberships.
- Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage administrative tasks, handle memberships, and maintain accurate customer records effectively.
- Fitness Enthusiasm: Passion for fitness and an understanding of gym equipment, exercises, or gym etiquette is highly desirable.
