About the Role
Our client, a global leader in architecture, design, and the built environment, is seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead and oversee complex architectural projects across multiple market sectors.
This role will manage projects from inception through completion while driving client satisfaction, project profitability, operational excellence, and team leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong architectural project management expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural projects across multifamily, healthcare, workplace, distribution/logistics, higher education, public/civic/government, aviation, and aerospace sectors
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall client delivery
- Supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring quality execution and team performance
- Drive project profitability and monitor financial performance against monthly and annual revenue goals
- Maintain project billings, contracts, WBS planning updates, and timesheet compliance
- Oversee client communication and maintain consistent bi-weekly client touchpoints
- Coordinate with internal leadership, consultants, and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
- Ensure successful execution of all required project contracts and deliverables
- Utilize Revit, BIM, Bluebeam, and project management systems to support project execution and documentation
- Support operational efficiency, resource utilization, and team availability planning

What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of Architecture Project Management experience
- 10 years of Project Management experience within the United States
- Proven experience managing large-scale architectural projects across multiple sectors
- Strong leadership and supervision experience managing project teams
- Proficiency with Revit, BIM, and Bluebeam
- Strong understanding of project financials, profitability, and operational metrics
- Experience managing client relationships and executive-level communication
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint ERP
- Strong understanding of utilization and resource planning
- Experience meeting or exceeding revenue generation targets per FTE
- Familiarity with WBS planning, project billing cycles, and contract execution processes
- Strong operational discipline around compliance, forecasting, and project reporting
- Experience maintaining consistent client engagement and relationship management cadence
Salary : $120,000 - $155,000
