What You’ll Do
- Support monthly and quarterly close for assigned funds
- Prepare financial reporting and performance analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with other finance and investment teams
- Assist with audits, forecasts, capital activity, and new fund launches
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in public accounting, private equity, hedge funds, or alternative asset management
- Exposure to SEC reporting, financial statement preparation, or complex fund structures strongly preferred
- Strong GAAP foundation and advanced Excel skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex investment agreements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
