Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and oversee collection efforts related to outstanding receivables
- Review aging reports, monitor payment activity, and proactively follow up on overdue balances
- Communicate with clients professionally via phone and email to resolve payment issues and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate payment arrangements and document account activity accurately within internal systems
- Partner closely with accounting, billing, and internal business teams to research discrepancies and resolve outstanding items
- Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and analysis related to accounts receivable activity
- Support process improvement initiatives and help streamline collection and reporting workflows
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and Excel-based tracking schedules as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation across all collection activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or customer account support preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
