Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly adaptable and resourceful Operations Support Associate to join our team. This is a multi-support position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys stepping in wherever support is required.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a natural problem solver, and excels at multitasking while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Product Management team with tasks and deliverables
- Solve problems proactively by identifying issues, troubleshooting challenges, and implementing solutions.
- Support engineering, operations, service and other departments
- Assembling and reviewing Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and completeness.
- Testing and performing hands on tasks with inspection equipment
- Provide shipping, receiving and inventory support, including organizing, tracking, and handling incoming/outgoing materials.
- Collaborate with management and team members to address immediate needs and fill critical gaps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable shifting between tasks and departments.
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Accounting or engineering background is highly preferred
- Prior experience with BOMs, logistics, or cross-functional support preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as JOBBOSS
- Knowledge of PC hardware components preferred
Position Requirement:
U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to obligations under government contracts.
