The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with technical teams and vendors to deliver future-ready security solutions across diverse geographic locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive global physical security program plan, outlining timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple regions.
- Support the creation of project team models versus business-as-usual operations, clarifying roles, handoffs, and escalation procedures.
- Coordinate phased deployment strategies for customer locations, including new builds and office expansions.
- Lead regional vendor selection processes, including scope definition, evaluation participation, performance reviews, and risk assessments related to vendors such as Convergent and Pavion.
- Oversee vendor activities during deployment to ensure adherence to customer standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Act as a central point of contact between the customer and third-party integrators for deployment coordination.
- Manage deployment planning and execution of access control, video surveillance, and perimeter security systems across multiple locations.
- Track progress across sites and regions by managing interdependencies, sequencing, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Serve as a liaison among security, facilities, IT, HR, and real estate teams to align project objectives and designs.
- Provide regular status updates on program progress, risks, issues, and support budget tracking, forecasting, and governance processes.
- Proven expertise in project management leadership within networking, security, and virtual infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technology-related projects with a strong focus on physical security deployment.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, and collaboration platforms including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex schedules, documentation, and detailed project plans.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Availability to work remotely from an approved location with flexibility to adapt to global project requirements.
- Effective communicator capable of liaising across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and mitigate deployment risks proactively.
- Knowledge of enterprise network requirements, HR access provisioning, and facilities construction timelines.
