Responsibilities
- Provide end-user IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Manage security protocols, including firewall configurations, with emphasis on Palo Alto devices.
- Monitor network performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and optimize IT infrastructure.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
- Maintain compliance with security policies and industry standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.
- Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and project initiatives to enhance system performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT service desk and infrastructure support.
- Proven network experience, including troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for user support and technical documentation.
- Availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

- Experience in a hybrid work environment preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network , Cisco CCNA, or Palo Alto certifications are advantageous.
