ServiceNow Director

A world-renowned IT consultancy is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Director to drive strategic client partnerships, business growth, and enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll work directly with C-suite stakeholders, oversee complex ServiceNow engagements, and play a pivotal role in growing a market-leading ServiceNow practice across the region.
As ServiceNow Director, you'll act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients while leading business development, delivery oversight, and practice growth initiatives. You'll be responsible for building long-term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional delivery outcomes across strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Leadership
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs and executive leadership teams.
- Act as the strategic advisor for ongoing and future ServiceNow initiatives.
- Develop account plans and ServiceNow adoption roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and governance.
Business Growth
- Own revenue and profitability targets across assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for ServiceNow-led transformation.
- Lead proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and executive presentations.
- Partner with sales and go-to-market teams to accelerate account growth.
Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Ensure successful transition of new engagements from sales to delivery.
- Oversee service quality, governance, risk management, and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow and MSP partners to drive platform adoption and expansion.
- Ensure delivery teams are equipped to meet client expectations and growth demands.
People & Practice Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing ServiceNow teams.
- Drive hiring, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Support innovation, solution development, and regional practice growth.
- Represent the organisation through industry events, thought leadership, and market engagement.
You'll bring:
- 10 years of experience in consulting, account leadership, delivery management, or client-facing leadership roles.
- 5 years of ServiceNow experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, S2P, and/or SecOps.
- Proven experience managing enterprise clients and complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong business development, pre-sales, and account growth expertise.
- Experience leading global delivery teams and large-scale transformation programmes.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and budgets.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and drive strategic outcomes.
