We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Lead to drive the design, development, and governance of enterprise integrations within a large-scale Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a global IT services and consulting organization, supporting one of the nation's leading financial services and insurance providers.
The role focuses on Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations, enterprise architecture, and modernization efforts, requiring a blend of technical expertise, insurance domain knowledge, and leadership experience to drive successful delivery across complex, business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ClaimCenter integration design, development, and architecture.
- Develop and review Gosu code, APIs, and messaging services.
- Integrate ClaimCenter with policy, billing, and third-party systems.
- Ensure data mapping, transformation, validation, and system performance.
- Support SOAP/REST services, asynchronous messaging, and middleware integrations.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
- Support testing, production deployments, incident resolution, and ongoing system stability.

- Strong understanding of the P&C Claims lifecycle
- Experience with FNOL, Exposure Management, Reserves & Payments, Recoveries, and Subrogation
- Requirements analysis, integration design, and stakeholder management
- Experience integrating policy, underwriting, and billing systems
