The Project and Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) to support territory planning, forecasting, quota management, and sales operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce ETM solutions
• Define territory hierarchies, assignment rules, and account ownership models
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops across business teams
• Configure Salesforce automation and support data migration activities
• Deliver UAT, training, documentation, and go-live support

Hard Skills:

Salesforce & ETM

• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proven Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) implementation experience
• Understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and quota management
• Experience with requirements gathering and solution design

Configuration & Data

• Experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Data Loader
• Understanding of Salesforce data models and security
• Varicent/SPM experience is a plus

Soft Skills

Stakeholder Management

• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Able to translate business needs into functional solutions

Ownership & Collaboration

• Works effectively with business and technical stakeholders
