🚨 Hiring: Workday AMS Lead Consultant (Techno-Functional) 🚨
We are currently seeking an experienced Workday AMS Lead Consultant to join a growing team supporting a large-scale Workday environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Workday professional with a strong blend of functional expertise, technical support experience, and stakeholder management capabilities.
🔹 Key Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience across Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Benefits
• Experience supporting Workday integrations including EIB, PECI, Core Connectors, and Studio
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Processes and cross-functional impacts
• Proven experience within Workday AMS / Production Support environments (L1/L2)
• Strong knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations, security, access, and data-related issues
• Experience leading onshore and offshore support teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Workday Application Management Services delivery
• Own SLA and KPI performance across functional and integration support
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and complex issues
• Drive root cause analysis and preventative action plans
• Oversee impact assessments, configuration fixes, and integration support activities
• Manage client communications, governance forums, and operational reporting
• Coordinate releases, regression testing, and post-release stabilization
• Mentor support teams and drive continuous service improvements
