Growth Manager

The Opportunity

As our Growth Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution behind how Gather acquires, activates, and expands its customer base. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and leadership to build the demand engine that takes us from early traction to category leader. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at an early stage — you'll shape the playbook, not inherit one.

What You'll Do

• Own pipeline generation across Gather's highest-priority segments — from initial awareness through activation
• Optimize the website and onboarding experience to convert interest into engaged users
• Build and run lifecycle, nurture, and reactivation campaigns that move prospects through the funnel
• Partner with Sales to execute targeted account-based campaigns against priority enterprise accounts
• Manage paid channels and external agencies, holding them to a high performance bar
• Coordinate with field efforts to maximize ROI from events, conferences, and partner activations

• Enterprise pipeline generated
• Self-serve user activation rate
• Campaign contribution to closed revenue

• Comfort with AI-native or no-code tooling to move faster
