What We are Looking For:

Are you someone who has excellent communication skills and a heart for service to others? We are looking for someone who demonstrates a commitment to the important work we do to join our organization to fill our open position for Choices For Independence Operations Manager to oversee the operations for the CFI department, including billing, compliance, client referrals, monitor NH EASY dashboards and aid in license renewal support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CFI operations or the field of human services. Bilingual in Spanish or ASL is a plus!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, hybrid position

Salary: Starting at $64,000

Location: Nashua NH

What You'll Do:

• Oversee billing to budget for services, comparing to monthly P&L's
• Responsible for compliance with state and federal regulations for staff
• Aid in preparing for CFI Licensing and compliance annually
• Present quarterly compliance reports to QI Department
• Host in-service trainings for the team
• In-person office presence minimum of 3 days a week
• Outreach and community collaboration
• Prepare and support audits

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
• Prior casework or related experience with people who have developmental disabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Relational database knowledge a plus
• CFI experience of 2 years or more
• Working knowledge of He-E 805, 809 and RSA 151
