About the Role:
As a hands-on Warehouse Manager, you’ll be actively involved in day-to-day operations while leading your team. You’ll oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and loading/unloading—bringing structure, momentum, and strong safety habits to the warehouse floor.
This is a leadership position for someone who leads by example and enjoys staying active, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including safety and administrative needs
- Train and support warehouse associates on processes, policies, and procedures
- Oversee efficient truck loading/unloading, proper material handling, accurate receiving/shipping, and a clean, organized warehouse
- Ensure precise inventory control through tracking, cycle counts, and accuracy processes
- Manage fleet equipment
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and service levels
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Uphold safety standards in all operations (including on the floor)

Requirements:
