We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse/Counter Associate to support customers and help keep our operations running smoothly in Greenville, SC.
About the Role:
As a Warehouse/Counter Associate, you’ll split your time between helping customers at the counter and supporting daily warehouse operations. You’ll assist with orders, product questions, and inventory availability for both HVAC and plumbing, while also supporting receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment to ensure everything is accurate and ready for customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, and takes pride in getting things right.
Our Expectations:
- Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and by phone
- Help customers place and verify orders for HVAC and plumbing products
- Receive and stock inventory; keep products organized for quick access
- Support warehouse tasks such as scanning, picking, and staging orders as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily goals
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:
- Prior counter, warehouse, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Willingness to learn our products and processes
- Ability to work in a non-environmentally controlled warehouse (temperatures may vary)
