Maintenance Manager

Our client is a global industrial manufacturer seeking a proven Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance strategy, improve equipment reliability, and drive operational performance within a complex manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

High-impact plant leadership role with the ability to modernize maintenance systems and processes. This leader will oversee all maintenance functions including mechanical, electrical, utilities, and facilities while ensuring maximum uptime, safety compliance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all plant maintenance operations and maintenance team performance
• Develop and enhance preventive/predictive maintenance programs
• Improve equipment reliability through root cause analysis and asset management
• Oversee planning, scheduling, CMMS systems, and maintenance KPIs
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and vendor performance
• Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives
• Coach and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, and technicians
• Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Finance leadership
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR related technical field preferred
• 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plant systems
• CMMS experience (SAP preferred)
• Proven success improving uptime, reliability, and maintenance processes
• Structured, hands-on, and highly accountable leader
