Growing manufacturing operation seeking an HR Generalist / HR Specialist to support a rapidly expanding workforce as the facility transitions to additional production shifts. This person will play a highly visible, hands-on role supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, and day-to-day HR operations for a plant environment expected to grow from approximately 95 employees to 150 employees over the coming months.

Key Responsibilities
- Support hourly recruiting efforts for a multi-shift manufacturing operation
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Assist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Help support staffing needs tied to continued operational growth and additional shifts
- Build relationships with employees, supervisors, and operations leadership
- Provide HR coverage and visibility across multiple shifts, including occasional Saturdays
- Assist with leave administration, injury paperwork, and HR documentation
- Partner closely with supervisors and managers on workforce needs and employee concerns
- Maintain professionalism, approachability, and strong floor presence within the plant
- 2-4 years of HR, recruiting, staffing, or onboarding experience
- Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred
- Strong people skills with confidence interacting with hourly employees and leadership
- Comfortable handling conflict resolution and employee investigations
- Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to establish credibility quickly
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments is a plus
- Degree not required — company values attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn
