- upervise the use of machinery and equipment R
- eport on progress to Superintendent I
- n-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines U
- nderstanding of electrical and hydraulic systems A
- bility to read drawings, plans and blueprints E
- xcellent organizational and leadership skills A
- bility to communicate and report effectively P
- roven ability to operate all Heavy Equipment at a high level for your division. E
- xcellent Safety record and knowledge

- ust be 18 years of age or older. M
- ust have reliable transportation. M
- ust have the ability to work extended hours as required by the workload. A
- ble to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in all types of terrain A
- ble to meet all physical requirements such as standing, walking, climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting 50 pounds or more. A
- bility to work around loud noises and can tolerate being exposed to odors, gases, dust, etc. M
- ust be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, and in excavated areas.
