Global Concrete Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and ensure high-quality work across our commercial concrete projects. This role is hands-on, leadership-driven, and essential to keeping our jobs on schedule, on budget, and up to our company standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily activities of concrete laborers and finishers
- Coordinate tasks, equipment, and materials needed to complete each phase of the project
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with safety regulations
- Communicate with project managers and site supervisors to track progress and address challenges
- Perform hands-on concrete work as needed, including forming, pouring, and finishing
- Maintain a safe, organized job site and promote a strong safety culture among crew members
- Document work completed, track hours, and report job status updates
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in concrete construction; leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of forming, pouring, finishing, and general concrete practices
- Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and job specifications
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor when needed
- Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
Pay: $52,700.00 - $58,700.00 per year
