What are the responsibilities and job description for the Athletic Graduate Intern-Wrestling position at Gardner Webb University?
Gardner-Webb University is now accepting applicants for the position of Graduate Assistant Wrestling Coach.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with practice, training, and conditioning sessions
- Oversight of individual training sessions
- Scouting and recruiting qualified prospective student athletes
- Assisting with the academic progress and study hall hours of the team
- Other administrative duties assigned by the head coach.
The benefits of this position consist of:
- Tuition remission up to the amount of $10,792 annually
- Annual stipend paid monthly
- Graduate housing based on availability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a college wrestling experience.
- Acceptance into a GWU Graduate Program.
