The Garden Care Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Staffing Coordinator to join our ever-growing team.
The Garden Care Center is a facility with 150 beds and is proud of their state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym servicing 40 short term beds. Our Garden Care Center team consists of 20 Therapists spanning 20 years of experience with backgrounds in acute, sub-acute, long term and outpatient settings would provide an excellent setting for learning and growth. The Garden Care Center provides Rehabilitation services 7 days per week.

Responsibilities Include:
- Create and post schedules for nursing department, track and post changes and approve trades.
- Maintain timely records of call-out, late and early arrivals to work and coordinate with HR daily to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly.
- Track staff vaccination status
- Monitor and minimize staff overtime
- Contact and schedule agency staff, if applicable, to cover open shifts as a last resort.
- Provide accurate reports to the DON relating to staffing, vacancies or agency use.
- Keep accurate record of all PTO and change requests
- Experience working with time sheets as well as HR functions.
- Graduate of an accredited high school or GED
- Computer knowledge required
- Experience in long term care with scheduling, HR and payroll
- Ability to effectively communicate with others

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
