Residential Service Plumber

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and address residential plumbing concerns such as leaks, clogs, fixtures, water heaters, drain lines, and more

• Installation, replacement, and servicing of various residential plumbing components

• Perform drain cleaning and basic troubleshooting of sewer and water lines

• Efficiently complete service calls with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Effectively communicate repair options to homeowners

• Maintain accurate service documentation and a clean work environment

• Adhere to plumbing codes, safety guidelines, and company standards

• Keep service vehicles and tools well-maintained

What We Seek

• Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master Plumbers are welcome to apply

• Previous experience in residential plumbing services is necessary

• Must have a Michigan plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)

• Experience in independently managing service calls is advantageous

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Physical ability to perform various tasks in confined spaces

• Dedication to safety, reliability, and quality work

Experience in the following areas is a bonus:

• Water heaters, water treatment systems, drain cleaning, and more
