Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in custom residential development (preferably in various locations or managing multiple projects).
- Overseeing multiple projects (typically 5-10 at a time) with average construction expenses ranging from $390k to $550k (or higher)
- Proven track record of 5 years in successful operations & project management within New Construction.
- Strong team-building skills & excellent communication abilities with customers/owners are a must.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer an attractive compensation package including:
- Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure ($80-85k salary DOE Bonus)
- Bonus = $500-1000 / home completed
