- Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs/drawings, budgets, jobsite safety/codes, and scheduling
- 7 years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on ground-up luxury/custom home projects
- Excellent communication/leadership skills with ability the to successfully manage teams and high-end finishes
