Role Description
G2 Advisors is partnering with a high-growth fintech company to hire a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Senior Manager will own and improve core financial models across growth, originations, P&L, and cash flow.
This company is building at real scale and is looking for a highly analytical finance leader to help strengthen planning, forecasting, fundraising support, and senior leadership decision-making. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to stay hands-on in the model, work closely with senior leaders, and help shape the financial decisions that matter most as the business grows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or other highly analytical finance roles
- Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills
- Ability to build and manage complex, multi-driver financial models
- Experience translating financial analysis into clear business recommendations
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in fintech, consumer lending, BNPL, credit cards, or high-growth technology companies is advantageous
- Experience supporting equity raises, debt fundraising, or investor diligence is a plus
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $170,000–$210,000 USD
