Role Description
This is a part-time, contract remote role for a Recruiter at G2 Startup Advisors. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines to support executive search initiatives. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers, developing strategies to identify talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining strong candidate relationships. Additionally, the Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional hiring experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and pipeline management
- Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and executing recruitment strategies
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and talent acquisition software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
