What will you be doing?
- Overseeing field operations on complex heavy civil construction projects across NYC.
- Meeting with clients, owners and safety officials.
- Mentoring Crews, Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers.
- Managing daily work schedules, allocating resources, and supervising site foremen and trade workers.
- Enforcing health and safety policies (e.g., PPE, OSHA protocols), identifying hazards, and conducting safety walkthroughs.
Requirements;
- 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction (Contracting side), a minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent.
- Previous oversight experience on highway, bridge or underground utilities experience.
- OSHA 10, OSHA 30 Certifications
- A valid driving license.
