Due to continued growth within their hospitality division, they are seeking an experienced Hospitality Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale hospitality developments in the Phoenix market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all onsite field operations from project startup through closeout
• Champion project safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, field staff, and project teams to maintain schedule and quality objectives
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to identify constructability issues and drive solutions
• Lead project logistics planning, scheduling coordination, and site operations management
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance
• Partner closely with Project Managers and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage inspections, testing, and turnover processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Support procurement coordination and monitor long-lead items to maintain schedule milestones
• Attend and lead subcontractor coordination and pre-installation meetings
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in a Superintendent or field leadership role within commercial construction
• Prior hospitality construction experience is required
• Experience delivering ground-up or large-scale renovation projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced project environments with accelerated schedules
