Senior IT Business Systems Analyst

G.A. Rogers & Associates has partnered with our client, a global organization, seeking to add a Senior Business Analyst to its team near Frisco, Texas.

In this position, you will:

• Support, enhance, and administer core business applications, including ERP (NetSuite), CRM, and other enterprise systems across multiple subsidiaries
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and processes to increase efficiency, ensure compliance, and support business growth
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
• Lead and support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements in alignment with global IT initiatives
• Manage IT-related projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business requirements are met
• Translate business needs into clearly defined technical solutions while identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and providing regular stakeholder updates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes
• Serve as a key point of contact for regional IT stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of service delivery
• Partner with business leaders and end users to understand needs, improve system utilization, and recommend scalable enhancements
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to company policies related to workplace safety, compliance, and risk management
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and best practices and document processes to support ongoing improvements
• Participate in occasional international travel as part of a global IT team

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience supporting ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and business applications
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and integrations
• Proven experience managing or supporting IT projects end-to-end
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite in a multi-subsidiary environment
• Background working in a global or multi-regional organization
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting/analytics tools
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Experience working with third-party vendors and external partners
