Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and administration of compensation programs including base salary, bonus, commission, and equity plans
- Evaluate compensation structures to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
- Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions through questionnaires and stakeholder interviews
- Review and audit job classifications to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Participate in compensation and salary surveys; analyze market data to inform pay decisions
- Perform analysis on incentive, sales compensation, and other complex pay programs
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations
- Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership on compensation strategies and insights
- Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, tools, and data accuracy
- Support the implementation of new compensation programs and initiatives
- Assist in communication and training related to compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with applicable compensation regulations and policies
- May provide guidance or mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (Business, HR, or related field preferred)
- 5 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience working with salary surveys, job evaluations, and market pricing
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with PowerPoint; familiarity with databases or HR systems is a plus
- CCP certification or progress toward certification is a plus
- Project management experience within HR programs preferred
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
