Director of Operations - Real Estate
- Location: Onsite (Westfield or Short Hills, NJ)
- Salary: $70,000-$85,000 - plus commission
The Mission
To train, mentor, and elevate every agent while building the systems, structure, and accountability needed to take the organization to the next level. As the Director of Operations & Agent Performance, you are the engine of the office—bridging the gap between vision and execution to drive unprecedented growth and luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent Development & Accountability: Train and mentor agents, conduct daily 1:1 check-ins, and hold agents accountable to performance standards.
- Recruitment & Growth: Identify, headhunt, and onboard top-tier talent and promising new agents to scale the brokerage.
- Lead Management & CRM Oversight: Ensure all agents are consistently following up on leads, properly managing lead flow, and fully utilizing the CRM system. Monitor activity, enforce standards, and drive conversion.
- Leadership Oversight: Directly manage the Marketing department, ISA team, and administrative employees to ensure alignment, productivity, and performance.
- Team Leadership & Meetings: Run weekly meetings, provide structure, and serve as the primary leader for agent support.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee all day-to-day operations from listing to closing, ensuring seamless execution.
- Marketing, Website & KPI Oversight: Oversee all marketing materials, website performance, and KPI tracking. Ensure brand consistency, monitor analytics, and use data to drive decisions and growth.
- ICA Management: Oversee onboarding, compliance, and execution of Independent Contractor Agreements.
- Systems & Growth: Identify inefficiencies, streamline operations, and support team growth and recruiting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Real Estate License: Mandatory: Candidate must hold an active Real Estate License.
- Management Experience: Mandatory: Must have previous Real Estate management experience.
- Experience: in real estate operations or team leadership.
- Attributes: Strong leader, highly organized, systems-driven, proactive, and growth-focused.
