Registered Architect
Location: Dallas, TX
Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Architect to lead and support the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction. This individual will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, code-compliant designs while maintaining project schedules and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design, documentation, and coordination for assigned projects
- Manage projects through all phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
- Review and produce drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reporting
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Support business development efforts as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Registered Architect (active license required; Texas preferred or ability to obtain)
- Typically 5–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailing
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial, multifamily, healthcare, or institutional projects
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and project collaboration tools
- LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience is a plus
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
