Our company specializes in commercial interiors, hospitality, entertainment, corporate workplace, retail, and financial institution projects. ADC is looking to hire a talented Project Manager who has experience in Commercial Architecture.
Role Description
The position is located in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team. Candidates must demonstrate good communication and leadership skills, strong design abilities, ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in design and construction and maintain client relationships. You will work with clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a remote work position; however, it may require traveling to project locations.
- Business development and oversee client relations
- Meet with client in order to understand the client's program and objectives
- Research code requirements and ensure feasibility of design. Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects that comply with code.
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Prepare construction drawings in Revit
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
- Perform as-built verification, construction site visits and attend client meetings. May require travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- Registered Architect is desired but not required
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rendering Software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft
- LEED AP is a plus
- Highly self-motivated personality and ability to work remotely
- Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, teammates, consultants, and contractors
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- 5-10 years of experience working at a professional architecture firm and performing construction administration duties
