RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document and maintain plant procedures and work instructions to support quality system.

• Assist the quality manager in performing FMEA's, and developing process control plans.

• Collect, analyze, and report quality data from production operations as well as customer feedback to communicate quality performance.

• Facilitate the completion and implementation of corrective action requests from customers, management review, and internal failures. Document effectiveness of corrective actions.

Perform product and process audits to gage effectiveness of associate training and product conformance to specifications.

., Follow up with all sample orders to ensure samples are shipped on time and meet all customer requirements.

, Implement and maintain FIFO analysis.

0 Perform data collection and analysis at the request of the Plant Manager, Supervisor and the Quality Manager.

Prepare spreadsheets and / or other reports under the direction of the Supervisor, and Quality Manager.

• Maintain timely, accurate and complete reporting of routine and pertinent information to upper management and other interested parties.

• Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment.

.. Fills in as needed on the line and as needed in other areas.

QUALIFICATIONS / OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent, documented quality Systems and SPC.

• Minimum of 2 years' factory experience in QNQC.

• Knowledge - ISO 9000 Quality System Standard, SPC, Quality Planning, FIFO.

• Computer skill with MS Office -excel, word, and power applications

• Aptitude and ability to perform first-level troubleshooting.

• Able to read and interpret product specifications and schematics.

• Excellent math skills.

• Able to learn and comprehend Standard Quality Practices.

• Be personable while training and engaging in quality practices.

• Able to work with minimal or no supervision and meet established goals in a timely manner.

• Must be a creative thinker, results oriented, focused, and attentive to detail and accuracy.

• Able to read, write, and communicate thoughts, ideas, requests and problems to fellow employees and management accordingly.

• Must be a self-starter, team player, work well with others and have a positive attitude

• Must have ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines for multiple customers and projects at once.

• Flexibility to work overtime if required.
