📢 We're Hiring: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator - (Aerospace OR Aviaition)
Join a leading aerospace manufacturing company that produces high-strength precision fasteners used in mission-critical aerospace and defense programs.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
✔ Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time
✔ Manage inventory movement and material distribution
✔ Verify purchase orders, invoices, and incoming materials
✔ Work closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
✔ Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
Qualifications:
• 2 years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience
• Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience preferred
• ERP/MRP system experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Forklift experience preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required
