Shipping and Receiving Dock Associate

We are hiring a reliable Shipping & Receiving Dock Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Sealy, TX. This position is responsible for receiving and shipping automotive-related materials while maintaining a safe, organized dock area.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records

• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management

• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, safe, and compliant with company policies

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Safely handle vehicle parts, accessories, and automotive materials

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Ability to lift and move materials safely

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Pay 

• $16.75 – $18.75 per hour
