A growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience in estimating, bidding, scheduling, and client coordination within commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare conceptual and negotiated estimates
• Manage bidding and procurement processes
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients
• Develop project schedules and pricing strategies
• Support project handoff to operations teams
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of estimating and/or operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with commercial construction projects
