We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead commercial sheet metal construction projects and oversee field operations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise field crews on commercial construction projects
• Manage project schedules, manpower, and daily production goals
• Ensure jobsite safety compliance and maintain high safety standards
• Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams
• Track project progress and maintain accurate project documentation
• Resolve field issues quickly while keeping projects on schedule and within scope
Qualifications:
• 10 years of construction supervisory experience, preferably within sheet metal or HVAC projects
• Proven experience managing commercial job sites and large field crews
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Experience with digital reporting tools such as Procore, Airtable, or similar platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel overnight as needed
