A rapidly growing wholesale company seeks a hands-on Accounting & Logistics Manager to stabilize financial books and own day-to-day supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance: Reconcile messy bookkeeping, manage AP/AR, lead month-end close (P&L, balance sheets), optimize accounting systems, and coordinate with external CPAs.
- Logistics: Manage inbound/outbound freight, negotiate carrier rates, oversee fulfillment workflows, track inventory accuracy, and manage 3PL relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of accounting/bookkeeping cleanup experience.
- Background in wholesale, retail, or e-commerce logistics.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero/ERP, Excel, and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation).
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
