Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees on a regular schedule
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Assist with tax filings, deductions, and reporting needs
• Handle employee questions related to pay and benefits
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies
• Support audits and provide payroll-related reports as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Previous payroll experience required (multi-state or multi-location preferred)
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and compliance basics
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  
  

Pay range for the Payroll Specialist is $60k-$70k/year depending on experience.
