Description
Provide leadership and direction to operational department heads, including:
- Gaming Operations: Table Games, Slots.
- Security & Surveillance.
- IT
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- Monitor departmental performance through KPIs, reports, and audits; implement process improvements as needed.
- Coordinate interdepartmental efforts to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor departmental expenditures.
- Oversee staffing levels, training initiatives, and employee performance for assigned departments.
- Serve as acting General Manager in their absence when delegated.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
