The Superintendent oversees day-to-day construction operations for single-family communities. This role ensures homes are built on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with trade partners, inspectors, and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
- Coordinate and schedule trade partners, inspections, and material deliveries.
- Enforce safety, quality, and cleanliness standards on job sites.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing delays or issues.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and ensure homes meet quality and code requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the construction manager, purchasing team, and homeowners.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of residential construction experience, preferably in production or semi-custom homebuilding.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, BuildPro, or similar).

Base Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
