Primary Functions:
- Support audits by preparing and submitting required documentation to internal and external auditors.
- Track and update records for ongoing and completed audits, ensuring accuracy of results and timely follow-up on outstanding items.
- Track and audit payroll information pertaining to timesheets, salaries, etc,.
- Assist with collections by monitoring employer accounts, sending delinquency notices, and coordinating repayment agreements.
- Collaborate with employers, attorneys, and collection professionals to resolve outstanding contributions or overpayments.
- Review auditor invoices and related payments for accuracy and process accordingly.
- Maintain records of accounts under legal counsel and provide updates on status and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred (Associate’s degree with experience considered).
- 1–2 years of experience in audit support and collections.
- Familiarity with employer contributions, benefits, or pension fund processing a plus.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employers, auditors, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency MS Excel and accounting systems.
Salary : $25 - $28
