We are hiring an Assembler to support production in a clean, detail-oriented manufacturing environment. This role focuses on assembling small components with accuracy, following documented processes, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards. The work is steady, hands-on, and suited for someone who enjoys precise, methodical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble small mechanical and/or electronic components using detailed work instructions
- Handle delicate parts with care and maintain high accuracy during assembly
- Use basic hand tools, fixtures, and measurement devices as required
- Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects, alignment, and quality
- Work at a clean bench or workstation, following cleanliness and handling protocols
- Record production information and maintain traceability where needed
- Communicate issues related to materials, processes, or tooling to the supervisor
- Support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Prior assembly, production, or laboratory experience preferred but not required
- Comfort working with small parts and performing fine, repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail, visual acuity, and steady manual dexterity
- Ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 25β40 lbs occasionally and stand or sit for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and positive team approach
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
