Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining accuracy and integrity across the company’s cash application and reconciliation processes. Responsibilities include:

• Processing and distributing the daily sales update to internal departments.
• Applying and reconciling payments across multiple channels/platforms.
• Reconciling daily cash receipts with bank statements and remittance data.
• Resolving customer account discrepancies, responding to inquiries, and making corrections.
• Processing customer refunds and daily licensee transfers.
• Generating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports.
• Supporting month-end close procedures and annual audits alongside the AR Manager.
• Communicating with internal teams and external customers to resolve account or payment issues.
• Collaborating with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash posting, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, accountable, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
