What are the responsibilities and job description for the GES Automated Order Picker & Loader position at Frito-Lay?
Step into a day running our automated GES warehouse
Imagine starting your shift in FritoLay’s Geographic Enterprise Solutions (GES) facility—our highly automated warehouse. You power up your station, glance at the label and print systems to make sure they’re clear, and keep the auto case erector (ACE) humming. A steady rhythm takes over: organize recyclable cartons, return usable ones to the GES flow, guide carts safely through aisles and into trailers, then switch gears to pick customer orders with the required technology. As loads build, you either roll carts into trailers or stack cases neatly on trailer floors. Before the shift ends, you help distribute product, support the weekly count, and tidy the space—sweeping, cleaning a trailer if needed, and taking out trash to keep everything spotless.
What you’ll handle
Our operation runs 24/7, so your schedule may be non-traditional. The work is physical, and you’ll be on your feet for the full shift.
Minimum Qualifications
You’ll begin as a GES Picker/Loader at FritoLay, and we’ll invest in your growth. This role can launch a career with us or with our parent company, PepsiCo.
Benefits for full-time team members
Apply on any device in about 20–25 minutes. We focus on getting you to an interview—watch your email and we’ll handle the rest.
