What will I do?- Operate a forklift after you complete training and certification
- Load/unload pallets from trailers
- Store product in multi-tier racking and pick accurate cases using required technology
- Track inventory with handheld scanners and Inventory Control Systems
- Help keep the facility clean: sweep floors, clean trailers, take out trash, and more
- FT Days — Schedule B: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, every other Monday
- FT Days — Schedule A: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Sunday
- PT: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM or 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Experienced Forklift (Nights): Fri, Sat, Sun E/O Mon 6:00 PM–6:00 AM OR Sat, Sun, Mon E/O 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Experienced Forklift (Days): Friday, Saturday, Sunday E/O Monday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Plus: Earn a $500 retention bonus after 120 days.
Do I qualify?- Yes, if you’re 18 and can work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts as needed
- You can lift 15–50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform tasks like climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching — with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle product — with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You’re comfortable working at heights using ladders or lifts
- You can work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, loud/hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces
- Warehouse experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer literacy
- Comfort using forklifts and warehouse tech (we’ll train and certify)
