What will you do?
- Install and maintain a broad range of electrical control systems across packaging and processing operations.
- Use Rockwell Software (Logix 5000, SLC 500, PLC‑5) to diagnose Allen‑Bradley PLC/HMI issues and restore uptime fast.
- Support and optimize controls involving PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, metal detection, weighing, temperature control, feeding, extrusion, material movement, and mixing.
- Maintain and repair 120/208V and 277/480V systems; assist with 13,800V infrastructure.
- Apply root cause problem‑solving to prevent repeat failures and reduce downtime.
- Clear communicator who thrives in a team environment.
- Depth in troubleshooting complex industrial machinery and finding true root causes.
- Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience (required).
- Strict adherence to LOTO and safe work practices (required).
- Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley PLC and HMI experience (preferred).
- Exposure to TPM methodologies (plus).
