PLC & HMI Maintenance Electrician (Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley)

What will you do?

• Install and maintain a broad range of electrical control systems across packaging and processing operations.
• Use Rockwell Software (Logix 5000, SLC 500, PLC‑5) to diagnose Allen‑Bradley PLC/HMI issues and restore uptime fast.
• Support and optimize controls involving PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, metal detection, weighing, temperature control, feeding, extrusion, material movement, and mixing.
• Maintain and repair 120/208V and 277/480V systems; assist with 13,800V infrastructure.
• Apply root cause problem‑solving to prevent repeat failures and reduce downtime.
  
  

What do you bring?

• Clear communicator who thrives in a team environment.
• Depth in troubleshooting complex industrial machinery and finding true root causes.
• Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience (required).
• Strict adherence to LOTO and safe work practices (required).
• Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley PLC and HMI experience (preferred).
• Exposure to TPM methodologies (plus).

Flexibility to support 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and a 12‑hour alternating schedule.
