Positions Available:

Forklift Operator

• 1st Shift: $18.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $19.00 per hour

Material Handler

• 1st Shift: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: (Monday - Friday)
Location: Lebanon, CT 06249

Job Responsibilities:

FORKLIFT OPERATOR

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload products throughout the facility
• Unload inbound shipments and verify materials against documentation
• Transport and organize inventory within the warehouse or storage areas
• Supply production lines with necessary materials in a timely manner
• Load outbound trucks accurately and efficiently to meet shipping schedules
• Perform daily forklift inspections and routine equipment maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through general housekeeping tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure compliance

MATERIAL HANDLER

• Safely move and handle raw materials, finished products, and equipment
• Load and unload shipments while ensuring accuracy
• Store and organize inventory for easy access and efficiency
• Support production and distribution by delivering materials as needed
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more as needed
